Holophasec’s Executive President and CEO is an accomplished and seasoned veteran of technology companies, having taken numerous new technologies and ideas over the past 25 years from start up through to commercialization and profitability, with many culminating in successful public listings on exchanges in the USA, Australia and UK and or strategic trade sales.

He founded Skai Computer Systems Pty Ltd in 1983, which he successfully managed until, 1999 when he negotiated the sale of Skai to a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. At that time he became Chief Operating Officer for the Group and was instrumental in the listing of one of its subsidiaries on the American Stock Exchange and the ongoing planning and implementation of business and investment strategies.

Michael was appointed to the board of a London Stock Exchange listed company in 2002 where he was actively involved in the planning and implementation of the restructuring of the company, its assets, including the sale of property in the UK and its re-listing onto the LSE AIM Board.

 

Michael co-founded and was a Director of a number of companies including but not limited to:

- Kit Digital (NASDAQ: KITD), a global provider of on-demand, Internet Protocol (IP)-based video asset management solutions. KIT Digital is today regarded as one of the leading providers of online video content.

- Symstream Technology Group Ltd, an Australian Public unlisted entity providing communications carriers throughout the world with their Patented wireless solution predominantly used to provide secure wireless services for automated teller machines, EFTpos terminals and electrical smart meters.

Michael was directly involved in developing Symstream’s core business strategy and implementation of their highly successful capital raising programs.

He was also the designer of the unique and highly successful Symstream business model, invented the highly successful Symstream-MultiG feature set, and managed the Companies legal file including customer licenses and contracts as well as their negotiations.

Michael also successfully raised in excess of USD 35 million dollars for Symstream including USD 12 million dollars in a series of private placements with Macquarie Bank, making Macquarie Bank (one of Australia’s largest investment banks and an internationally-regarded Finance House) a cornerstone Investor in Symstream.
