Sharon Wong Vice President - Asia for Holophasec, responsible for marketing, alliances and operations. She has over 13 years of experience working with large multinational organisations in Asia Pacific across numerous industry sectors.
In her early career, she gained in-depth corporate business experience with leading global companies Arthur Andersen, Cap Gemini and SAP, where she worked closely with senior executives and business leaders in the Human Resources function. She continues to build her knowledge and understanding of businesses in the recent seven years through the recruitment of regional and global hires across multiple functions at the middle to senior management level throughout the Banking & Financial Services, Information Technology & Telecommunications, Professional Services, Government, Oil & Gas and other industry sectors.
Sharon is currently a senior associate with a top ten global retained executive search firm. Prior to this, she has also worked with a well‐known NASDAQ listed international recruitment firm.
Based in Singapore, Sharon leverages on her network and relationships for strategic business introductions and client representation for a select number of projects in Asia. She was recently Relationship Manager for a German-American investment company’s foray into the Asia market.
Born and bred in Singapore, Sharon is fluent in English, Chinese and Cantonese. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (major in Human Resource Management) from the La Trobe University of Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
A strong believer in life long learning, Sharon enjoys yoga, cooking, reading, traveling and experiencing new challenges. She has participated in two world-class endurance adventure races from the Racing the Planet ‘4Desert’ series.
