Jack has been involved in the development, implementation, and management of intellectual property for over 21 years. A Boston native, Jack began his career as a systems Engineer for the Frederick J. Kozacka High Power test laboratory in Newburyport Massachusetts. He developed and implemented test protocols to comply with Underwriter Laboratory standards for both Gould Electronics products as well as nationwide third party manufacturers.

His career path led to government contracts with MFM Technology in product development of Winchester removable media hard drives involving re-engineering logic controls to managing burn in procedures utilizing Cambrian systems. Government contracts  with RADAR technologies continued with developing RF, IF and LOG amplifiers for the Sparrow missile systems. Managing strict military standards from hybrid radar assemblies to final burn in test procedures.

With the ever changing technology environment in the New England area Jack shifted to computer server administration, configuration and development for Digital Equipment Corporation. Managing server testing procedures via Ultrix and DEC Net ethernet topologies.

Staying on top of the technology curve in systems integration, Jack worked for AVID Technologies, an industry leader in non-linear audio and video editing. Managing nationwide support in the implementation of proprietary software and hardware in a Windows network topology. Jack also held the position of systems integration support specialist for NBC Nightline News, flying to location when necessary to resolve any technology issues that may have developed during the Beta period of AVID's Media Composer rollouts.

Jack brings to the Holophasec Team a diverse background of technology skills in implementing profitable strategies for the integration and development of intellectual property into commercial, public and private sectors.
